Term Limits and the Vice Presidency 2008 Election

 
The race for the presidency is in full swing and Hillary Clinton has become an Obama Mama! I called it months ago and so here we are at the threshold of historical times and everyone is excited in some way or another. I can’t help but to wonder am I the only one who is thinking ‘who gives a shit about the candidates for the Presidency, who’s really going to be President? Who’s going to run for President of the United States as Vice President'?
 
I’ll be shocked if either candidate survives their term. Remember, this is America, land of the Fruits and Nuts! We’ve more guns than citizens!
 
What are the odds Barack Hussein Obama, the black candidate with over 20 years spiritual counseling and mentoring from Jerimiah Wright (He’s the racist Black Panther-ish Preacher man from Chi-town) and whom has as much experience in Politics as Eskimos have in Kite Surfing could survive his campaign much less his term?
 
Even his name is a cause for alarm – he reminds people of terrorist Osama Bin Laden and deposed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein…it’s unfortunate for Barrack Hussein Obama how word association works for the average Joe. No way, not in my lifetime. You know it’s sad but true.
 
Then there is John McCain. A man so old he’s got one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. A Former P.O.W., McCain has proven he can survive a beating as evidenced from his stiff arms and that grimacing forced grin, but can he survive the pressures of the Presidency? It’s been reported that he’s a hot-head with a nasty backbite. It would be no surprise if he blows a fuse prior to going Alzheimer's on us. Unless he convinces Congress to allow human cloning, John McCain will soon retire to a dirt nap. I'm no betting man, but his odds seem as slim as his opponent’s.
 
So in my mind the bottom line is this – it does not matter so much who is running for President as it does who is running for Vice President because that is who will be running the Country – as the term limits are redefined.
 
Vote for whom you think will be the best Vice President.
